This Privacy Policy explains how QuotePilot ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and quote-generation service (the "Service"). QuotePilot is an early-stage product in private beta.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address when you join our early-access list, and the job details you enter to generate a quote (for example business name, client name, trade and a description of the work). We also collect basic technical data such as the page visited and your language preference.

How we use information

We use your information to operate and improve the Service, to generate quotes from the details you provide, to contact you about early access and product updates, and to keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Quote generation is powered by AWS (Amazon Bedrock). The job details you submit are sent to AWS to produce a quote and are processed according to AWS's security and data-handling practices. We do not use your quote content to train third-party models.

Storage and security

Early-access sign-ups are stored in our records (including a connected spreadsheet) so we can contact you. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, including Amazon Web Services (hosting and AI) and Google (for storing sign-up submissions). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below.
