Using the Service

You may use the Service to generate draft quotes for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any quotes you send to your own clients. You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Quotes are estimates

Quotes generated by QuotePilot are drafts and estimates only. You set and confirm final pricing. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any quote you send.

Beta service

The Service is provided during a beta period and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. Features and pricing described on the site are subject to change.

Accounts and access

Early access is offered free during the beta. We may contact you about your access and product updates. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotePilot is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
